Because we provide you with the opportunity to preview all content on the site at no cost and only require payment when you wish to contact other members, we do not offer refunds of purchased time. It is each member's responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective roommate, tenantt or landlord. EasyRoommate is not and will not be responsible for error or omissions that may occur, consequential or other wise.
EasyRoommate reserves any and all rights to intellectual property and copyright laws. We reserve the right to refuse to list any member for any reason, or to edit content, should we feel it is inappropriate for our service. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud us or any of our members or potential members are found. Any client who is de-activate for such reason will not be entitled to any service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges. Such includes illegal use of the information we provide, distribution of the list for any purpose other than for the individual, personal use of finding a roommate. The use and distribution of the EasyRoommate name, reputation, information, content in any medium or web page may not be used in any way (other than for personal intended use of finding a roommate or a tenant an apartment) without the expressed, written consent of EasyRoommate. Punitive damages of $10,000 per occurrence (login, search or listing copy) will be charged along with potential legal recourse.
